I am a psychologist and a psychotherapist, working within an integrative approach. I adjust my methods depending on individual strengths and needs of every client.

I try to create a respectful and accepting environment in which my clients can safely face their difficulties. For me, mutual trust and cooperation are the most important aspects of any therapeutic relationship.

I specialize in working with people who deal with difficulties in interpersonal relationships, who experience anxieties, loneliness, excessive stress, emotional problems, existential crises. I help clients who are interested in self-growth, who want to better understand their needs and emotions. I also offer therapeutic support for autistic individuals.

I graduated in psychology at the University of Warsaw and later I have completed the first module of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy training. Currently I am undergoing a complete four-year training programme in psychotherapy at the Centre for Psychological Help and Education INTRA.

I offer individual psychotherapy to adults. I work under regular supervision.
